Terms of Service

This page is a starting template. Have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer before you rely on it — enforceability varies by jurisdiction.
Booking and confirmation
Submitting the online booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your booking is confirmed only when we reply to confirm it. No payment is taken at the point of request.
Deposits
Maintenance services require no deposit. Ceramic coating and paint protection film bookings require a 25% deposit to reserve the studio bay, deducted from the final invoice.
Cancellation
- More than 48 hours' notice — full refund of any deposit.
- 24–48 hours' notice — 50% of the deposit retained.
- Less than 24 hours, or no-show — deposit retained in full.
We apply the same standard to ourselves: if we cancel on you at short notice, your next service is discounted by the equivalent amount.
Vehicle condition
Please remove personal belongings before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
We will tell you before starting if we find pre-existing damage, and we photograph the vehicle on arrival as a record for both parties.
Results
Detailing improves a vehicle's condition; it does not make it new. Deep scratches through the clear coat, dents, and damage to the paint substrate cannot be corrected by polishing. We will tell you honestly what is and isn't achievable before you commit.
Our satisfaction promise
If you're unhappy with any part of the work, tell us within 14 days and we will re-do the affected area at no charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Liability
We carry $2M public liability insurance. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the service provided, except where the law does not permit such a limitation.
Payment
Payment is due on collection unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept card and bank transfer.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you book.
