Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 2026

This page is a starting template. Have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer before you rely on it — privacy obligations vary by jurisdiction and by how you actually operate.

What we collect

When you submit a booking or contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number and details about your vehicle. We collect this because we need it to provide the service you asked for.

We also record anonymous page-view statistics — the page visited, a per-session identifier that expires when you close the tab, and a broad device category. We do not store IP addresses against these records and we do not track you across other websites.

What we do with it

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide the service you booked
  • To send booking confirmations and status updates
  • To keep a record of work carried out on your vehicle
  • To send marketing email, but only if you explicitly subscribed

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use it to build a profile of you.

Who else sees it

Service providers who process data on our behalf: our hosting provider, our database provider, our email delivery provider and our image hosting provider. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Booking and service records are kept for seven years for tax and warranty purposes. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Anonymous analytics are kept for 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll action it within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in if you have a dashboard account. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
