About
Twelve years, one standard
We started in a two-bay garage with one polisher and a paint depth gauge. The gauge is still the most important tool we own.
Our story
Why we do it this way
Most detailing businesses compete on price and speed. We tried that for about six months and hated it, because both come out of the same budget: the time you spend on the car.
So we stopped. We take fewer cars, we charge more for them, and we spend the difference on doing the job properly.
What that means practically
Paint correction removes clear coat. There is a finite amount, and once it's gone the panel needs respraying. So every car gets measured before we start and monitored as we go. If the readings say we can only safely do one stage, we do one stage and tell you why — even though two stages is the more profitable answer.
The studio
Climate controlled, filtered air, and lit with the same colour-corrected lighting we use for final inspection. Dust is the enemy of a good finish, and a normal garage is full of it.
The team
Four detailers, all trained in-house over at least eighteen months before they're allowed near a customer car with a machine polisher. That's slow to scale and we're fine with it.
If you want your car back tomorrow, we're probably not the right choice. If you want it right, we are.

How we work
Four commitments
We measure first
Paint depth readings before any machine touches the car, shared with you panel by panel.
We call before extras
Find something unexpected? You get a call and a price before we do anything about it.
We document everything
Photographs at each stage. You see what you paid for, not just the end result.
We fix our mistakes
Fourteen days to raise anything. We re-do the affected area, no argument, no charge.
